A native to the Seattle area, Kate is an athlete with a passion for optimizing movement and empowering people to be the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. Though she travelled all over the country and world for her education, Kate’s love of the Pacific Northwest has brought her home for her physical therapy career. She enjoys treating various orthopedic conditions as well as pelvic floor and vestibular dysfunction.
Kate is in the process of attaining her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic PT, and she will soon begin an Orthopedic Residency through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Her future professional goals include board specialty certification in orthopedic and women’s health PT through the APTA.
In her free time, Kate enjoys running (everything from 5Ks to a Marathon and a Tough Mudder), weightlifting, yoga, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). She speaks basic Spanish and Norwegian and likes to practice those.
