Caitlin Zarifis

PT, DPT
Caitlin is a Washington native, born and raised on beautiful Whidbey Island. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Dance and Biology from the University of Washington, she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Caitlin is passionate about treating dancers, as well as individuals with a variety of orthopedic injuries. As a ballet and modern dancer herself, she intimately understands the physical demands and challenges faced by dancers and draws from her own experiences to provide specialized care tailored to the unique needs of performers. Guided by an evidence-based approach, Caitlin believes in working collaboratively with her patients as a team, assisting them in their recovery journey and ensuring they emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before. She treats the whole person, not just the symptoms, and focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of each individual’s condition.

Beyond her professional life, Caitlin enjoys exploring the vibrant Seattle area with her friends, savoring the local coffee culture, and treasuring time with her loved ones on Whidbey Island. Dance remains an integral part of her life, providing a source of inspiration and a means of artistic expression during her free time. She believes in the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle and encourages patients to incorporate activities they love into their rehabilitation process.
