Jessica Holloway
PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Jessica is a Midwest transplant who considers herself an exercise enthusiast. She strongly believes in the combination of properly prescribed exercise and education to help her patients achieve their unique goals. She is not looking for a quick fix in PT, but rather treats her patients with the goal of long term health.
Jessica enjoys treating orthopedic conditions including spine, TMJ, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries, as well as women’s health diagnoses including prenatal/postpartum care and pelvic pain. She is experienced with post-operative care, including rehab through return to sport with ACL reconstructions, knee, hip and shoulder surgeries, and total joint replacements. She completed her Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship through the Ola Grimsby Institute and is distinguished as a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics. Jessica is also proud to be a mentor and clinical instructor to PT students as well as post graduate residents and fellows.
In her free time, Jessica loves traveling with her husband. You can find her locally taking long daily walks, attempting to paddleboard with her Australian cattle dog, Dahlia, gardening, and doing DIY projects in her 1950’s home. She loves a variety of exercises, including powerlifting, running, biking, and doing yoga weekly. Jessica also likes experimenting with new recipes with flavors from all over the world.
