Bethany Stevens

PT, DPT

Bethany is a physical therapist whose interest in fitness, anatomy, and physiology led her to pursue a degree in Exercise Movement Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. Originally from the Midwest, her love of nature and the outdoors brought her to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where she has seized every opportunity to explore.

Bethany is passionate about working with runners, weightlifters, and outdoor enthusiasts, with a particular interest in treating lower extremity overuse injuries. She also enjoys treating a wide range of post-surgical conditions

Bethany takes a holistic, whole-person approach to physical therapy, exploring the mind-body connection—a passion that led her to study movement therapy and participate in research at the Brain Body Mind Lab in Minneapolis. She is enthusiastic about helping patients understand how their bodies work and providing them with the tools they need to take charge of their health and recovery. She finds joy in meeting different people and building meaningful connections with her patients.

Outside of work, Bethany stays active through weightlifting, running, and practicing yoga. She also enjoys hiking, backpacking, thrifting, appreciating art, discovering new music, and trying new restaurants in the area.
